Job Description

ennovationHUB is a medium-sized online e-commerce retailer within the home and living segment. From our offices in Central London and Belgrade, we sell premium furniture through local brands in the US, UK, and EU. The furniture in our offer is a part ofthe tradition of mid-century modern design, and sophisticated home décor movement that helped create inspired lifestyles for more than 70,000 of our customers across the UK, EU, and the US.We are now looking for an analytical Head of Performance Marketing (a true PPC Ninja), who will be responsible for building up our Google PPC department, as well as designing, executing, and managing our Paid Traffic campaigns on Google Ads and Google Shopping.The successful candidate will have a business view and understanding of profitability metrics and will ensure that profits are grown before revenue growth reduces margins.Job description

  • Be responsible for and building up our PPC department (hire/manage two to three employees)
  • Take ownership of our Googl Adwords campaigns (Ads, Shopping, Display) with a combined expected spending of ±3million USD for the year 2024.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns across multiple markets and languages (UK, US, and EU languages)
  • Crte nd manage our shopping fed and related campaigns
  • Hire, manage, coach and develop team members and their technical and professional skills
  • Reporte to the founder and the senior team
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to hit business and marketing KPIs with a focus on cost-effective traffic growth and brand awareness driving activity
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure accurate account of marketing costs
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance
  • Identify key performance levers for each activity type and recommend optimisations to maximise revenue within the budget
  • Identify complex challenges and present and communicate solutions to the key internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends with a view on opportunities to translate and execute them into the business
  • Work closely with the companys managerial team to develop and align media strategy with wider business objectives
  • Demonstrable hands-on Paid Search experience
  • Experience in implementing text and shopping campaigns and strong knowledge of PPC best practices in regards to structure, optimisation, and implementation
  • Experience in Social and Display campaigns is a plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an ecommerce context
  • Numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets, with an interest in how technology can facilitate or automate our work
  • Experience collating and presenting results to audiences
  • Our offices in London and Belgrade are at your disposal and you can work remotely. It is however our preference that you are in the London office at least 1 day per week to work with the founder
  • Travel to our Belgrade office is required once a month, usually for 3 days
