Our ClientOur client is a seed invested, London headquartered MarTech software company. Founded in 2017 they have experienced incredible growth and are now looking to grow from 50 to 100 employees in the next 6 months. Their platform enables some of the worlds largeste-commerce brands to truly personalise the consumers experience at the point of purchase. They have launched in the US and already have an enviable list of household name clients. They are now looking to hire a Head of Performance Marketing.What Youll GetThe Head of Performance Marketing will be a hybrid role with some expectation to be in the London office although this wouldnt be essential on a weekly basis. You can expect a salary of £70 - 80k plus benefits which include equity.What Youll DoAs the Head of Performance Marketing, you will manage a media client spend of £4-5m in 2022, you will be responsible for all Paid Media spend. You will need to be a PPC expert, and have experience in a Growth focused marketing function. There will be plentyof testing, strategy and execution within the role and the opportunity to grow and build a team.What Youll NeedThe Head of Performance Marketing will need to have a proven background in online acquisition working specifically with eCommerce brands. If you have start-up experience then all the better but this isnt essential.
