A modern publishing titan is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the brands biddable marketing.Engage with an audience of millions! Their customers are heavily invested in the special interest magazines and events offered by this Top 3 UK publisher.The Head of Performance Marketing will have a leading role in senior management, overseeing a young team of high performers.Long-term, the Head of Performance Marketing can enjoy a flexible-working split between home and the publishers stylish West London office. A Head of Performance Marketing seeking a collaborative and fast-paced environment should applyThe Head of Performance Marketing will:

  • Champion paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and more
  • Oversee a team of 3 and growing, providing training and guidance at every opportunity
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to align strategy and goals
Required skills and experience of the Head of Performance Marketing:
  • Ideally, 5+ years paid media experience (with platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager)
  • Experience managing and growing a team
  • Ideally, a background in B2C/consumer environments
