Our client a Local College group in London that educates 1200 children a year aged 3-18 is currently in search of a dedicated Head of People Operations to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. The client is offering a salary of up to £58,0000with a range of additional benefits.What Does the Role EntailIn the role of Head of HR Operations, you will be an integral Lead of the HR Management team, reporting to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. Your focus will extendto key areas such as employee relations, recruitment, engagement, and various departmental activities. Your responsibilities will align with the Colleges objectives. Your role will have you be at the forefront of HR directives and initiatives, providing vitalsupport to the College group and looking to improve HR Processes and systems. This role involves collaborating closely with various departments and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as payroll.What Skills Will You HaveIdeally, you will have prior experience in a similar role within the education sector, to give you an understanding of the specific demands of the industry. Your proven expertise in HR practices, including recruitment, learning and development, and employeerelations, will be key to your success.
