Job Description

  • Establishing strategic alliances in accordance with our long-term planning and expansion goals.
  • Creating a worldwide pipeline of cooperation opportunities.
  • Reaching out to potential strategic partners, managing the sales process, and concluding transactions on a worldwide scale.
  • Managing a strategic relationship portfolio.
  • Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Recognize rising markets and market movements while staying informed about new goods and competitors.
  • Develop and deliver commercial partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure the effective implementation of new initiatives.
  • Manage inbound leads from qualification and closure through to handover to the CRM team.
Requirements of the Head of Partnerships :
  • Proven ability to lead and produce large and rapid development through collaboration.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale international agreements, including contract preparation and negotiation.
  • Expertise in the industry, preferably in the areas of content syndication, ecommerce, and consumer electronics.
  • Strong desire to succeed, strong-willed, inspiring, and calm under pressure.
  • Someone who is hands-on and eager to participate in closing agreements and forming relationships.
  • Has been in charge of the whole 360-degree cycle of developing and delivering business agreements.
  • Strong financial savvy combined with a mission-driven mindset.
  • Extensive experience of working with senior stakeholders.
Competencies:
  • Strong commercial and negotiation and persuasion abilities, as well as the ability to generate leads and close transactions.
  • Analytical, numerical, and goal-oriented.
  • Superior organizational abilities, including time management, attention to detail, and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and outside, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages would be advantageous.
