You will be proud to be part of a team that givesguests opportunities to explore and engageWhat youll be doing: Leading a team of Area Managers who are responsible for delivering a commercially successful Holidays Outdoors operation you will: Lead for Holidays Outdoors, internally and externally, drivenby our cause and vision Deliver great experiences for all our guests, ensuring brand and operating standards across all sites Build strong teams who are passionate, supported and committed to operational excellence Build strong relationships with General Managersand Estate Managers, bringing a one team approach to growing opportunities for the Trust Relish tackling complex areas of our business and working with others to solve problems effectively Identify areas of risk to understand nationally what is driving performanceEvolve our future plans to ensure they meet the needs of guest, supporters, staff and volunteers Ensure budgets and performance are achieved whilst remaining compliant and achieving consistency in our offering Equip our regional teams so they have the resources,skills and knowledge they need to delivery our strategy Pro-actively identify commercial opportunities to add value and lead innovation with an outdoors focus Develop internal and external effective partnerships and stakeholders Responsible for third partysales development.Please find attached a detailed Role Profile for more information on the positionWho were looking for: You will need to demonstrate your passion for driving excellence, demonstration of leadership, a successful commercial track record, developingand supporting people and delivering operational excellent across multi site locations. Youll have knowledge and experience of delivering exceptional experiences for guests, whilst also supporting your teams and delivering the bottom line contribution andcompliance tasks required for operating. An understanding of guest service expectations and trends within the UK holidaysmarket. Ideally with an outdoors capacity. Ability to manage, inspire and develop a team through coaching and mentoring Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to build relationships Resilience and tenacity, able to work under pressure,to manage complex situations and concurrent projects Developing budgets and managing KPIs Successful delivery of new product development and project management Ability to analyse data and produce insight which drives performance Driving P&L performance tomaximise on sales opportunities
