Fixed term 12-month maternity cover starting end July / early August 202128-35 hours (flexible)We have big goals over the next few years.Were going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.Together well be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.The Head of Network Fundraising is responsible for leading the Network Fundraising Support team and overseeing our fundraising support offer to our network of over 110 local organisations, enabling them to diversify their income streams and grow income in a sustainable way. The post will also work to increase collaboration between the Fundraising department at our organisation and local organisation fundraisers, supporting the development of federation-wide fundraising products. The post will oversee delivery of annual and long-term objectives for the Network Fundraising Support offer, aligning with priorities in the organisational strategy.You will need: Senior management level experience of programme and project management Experience of implementing fundraising strategies and operational activities in at least two of the following areas: community and events, individual giving (including legacies), corporate, trust or statutory fundraising To have lead complex, high profile change and transformation Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex information to a variety of audiences To be a self-starter with excellent people skills A sound knowledge and understanding of fundraising approaches and techniques, with a commitment to our mission and values.This role is 35hrs p/w; however, we are open to a four-day working week (28 hrs or compressed hours)Closing Date: Sunday 6th June 2021We reserves the right to close the vacancy to applications earlier, should we receive a high volume of strong candidates - therefore we encourage an early application.A little bit about UsWe wont give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
