Contract: Maternity coverRequired for February 2022An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen in Streatham & Clapham High Schools thriving and highly successful Modern Foreign Languages Department to play a key role building on excellent results andconsolidating the departments reputation for A-Level success.As Head of MFL, you will be responsible for the delivery of Modern Foreign Languages (currently French, Italian, Mandarin and Spanish) from the Upper Third to the Upper Sixth Form. You will be ableto teach French or Spanish up to A Level. The ability to teach Spanish or Mandarin to Key Stage 3 or 4 would be advantageous.You will have overall responsibility for the professional leadership and management of the department, ensuring the delivery of highstandards of teaching and learning, that resources are used efficiently and effectively, and that the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with school policy.
