Job Description

You will be responsible for the campus operations and environment for the betterment and equality of the student experience and ensure this experience on campus or online is coherent, inspiring and emotionally safe. By role modelling our Activate Learning values and learning philosophy and working collaboratively with Managers and Directors across the business you will drive forward student experience standards. Working with the Group Executive Director you will have overall responsibility for a campus and will work collaboratively with key personnel to ensure there is cohesion consistency and alignment in its operation. What do you need to be successful You will have demonstrable experience of leading & influencing people to change perceptions and behaviour and building positive relationships. A passion for working with students and a curiosity about behaviour and motivation. Previous experience of working in a Land-based provision is essential to be able to appreciate the specialist nature of the role. A track record of driving up standards and most importantly be a voice for our students to instigate and mobilise change. As a solution orientated and resilient individual, you will be able to creatively problem solve and work collaboratively across your peers to transform our student experience and create a sense of community.
