Prospectus is delighted to be supporting The Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG) as they look to recruit their new Head of Membership who will be responsible and accountable for the strategic leadership and delivery of member operations. This role will be home based with regular travel to the London area to meet with colleagues.The Head of Membership will develop and deliver the strategy for membership engagement, retention and growth, leading a robust engagement programme to retain and attract new members. You will ensure VODGs offer is responsive to members needs and requirements, using relevant analytics and feedback approaches. You will also lead an annual programme of events across VODGs professional networks, conferences, seminars and other activities in response to members changing needs and requirements. Please note, currently face to face meetings and events are currently suspended or held online.The successful candidate with be a proactive, autonomous membership professional with demonstrable experience of working in similar roles and environments. This includes a strong understanding of a range of marketing and business growth techniques to grow and engage new members. You will have great project management experience with the ability to plan and deliver a variety of events.
