We are working with a leading FTSE 250 professional services firm who are looking to hire a Head of Marketing Programmes into their team in London.Client DetailsThis role is working for an industry leading global FTSE 250 company and this role will be joining their passionate and data driven team based in London.The Head of Marketing Programmes role will be reporting to the UK Marketing Director. Whilst owning the brand strategy, this is a key role in the UK team providing marketing support to the sales operations teams to drive business growth across all Group brands brands through; B2B lead generation, sales enablement, management and candidate generation. Working closely with the UK sales teams and the other marketing teams the Head of Marketing Programmes will help drive a proactive, cross-channel programme to support the overall UK business strategy.DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Head of Marketing Programmes:* Work in partnership with the UK Marketing Director to develop and implement the UK marketing plan to deliver on regional business objectives* Build strong internal stakeholder relationships to understand key business challenges and opportunities ensuring marketing are aligned and supporting the sales operations business* Manage marketing programme team* Plan the B2B campaign strategy to drive MQLs and increase job flow* Build brand marketing programmes to drive awareness of the Groups key brands and monitor awareness across target audiences* Work with the other marketing department leads to drive operational efficiencies through the marketing teams* Lead marketing strategy for Tech; drive leads into the business through campaigns to support Ops. Including webinars, white papers, case studies, etc. Also driving new PRC hires.* Lead marketing strategy for Page Outsourcing; drive leads into the business through campaigns to support Ops. Including webinars, white papers, case studies, etc. * Work with business partners to ensure alignment with Ops teams regionally and support business support teams to provide low level marketing support * Proactively manage events programme across hospitality, client events and staff high flier events. This must include planning, management and amplification of content* Promote marketing resource and update accordingly to increase quality and volume of sales support collateral to ensure self-service from the sales operations teams * Developing external partnerships to leverage the brand standing and thought leadership programmeProfileThe successful candidate:* Marketing generalist, fully integrated campaign management experience is essential* Data driven with experience converting insights & strategy into action plans & commercial reality.* Minimum of five years experience of running multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive lead generation and nurturing* Innovative thinker to build campaign ideas and new opportunities * Experience of running brand awareness programmes* Proposition Development, understanding of customer insight, target audience identification, segmentation, and message development.* Strong digital background* Knowledge of free and paid channels including social advertising, PPC and remarketing* Good project and programme management skills* Experience of managing Board level stakeholders* Strong relationship building and management required when working with Operations team to challenge requests and stay on strategy* Experience in managing external agenciesExpertise* Strong organisational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage a wide array of tactical activities* Excellent oral and written presentation skills* Good team management experience essential* Great relationship builder and negotiator* Able to set direction, build and maintain momentum.
