Job Description

HEAD OF MARKETING - FINANCIAL SERVICES TRAINING ORGANISATIONBASED LONDON (hybrid working)£80-100,000 (based on experience)+bonus,bensMy client is a fast growing and successful training organisation which operates specifically in the financial services and banking sector. As part of the continued growth of the organisation, my client is now looking for a Head of Marketing in a newly createdroleYou will report directly to and work closely with the managing directors to ensure company growth objectives are met, while leading the marketing function, strategy and team.Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the execution of a global marketing and brand strategy by delivering tactical campaigns across SEM, social, SEO, content marketing, influencer and affiliate marketing, and more
  • Work closely with sales team and coordinate sales and marketing strategies
  • Engage finance professionals through out-of-the-box, relatable content
  • Be responsible for managing a marketing team of social media editors, SEO specialists, and graphic designers to ensure all deliverables are met on time
  • Own and manage the marketing budget to be able to deliver and achieve our goals
  • Creating engaging content and campaigns which position our brands for success
  • Oversee and manage key affiliate partnerships and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor the continued performance of marketing efforts by managing, tracking, measuring and reporting on KPIs and marketing team goals
  • Implement tracking and measurement and report on detailed campaign results, with learnings and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Oversee and manage performance of all marketing channels while monitoring key competitors
  • Work closely with production agencies on outsourced content
  • Establish clear customer journeys based on existing and new personas
  • Manage and lead the marketing team
Experience required
  • Solid experience in a marketing role, with experience working in a senior marketing management position, with current/recent experience of working in the financial services sector
  • Experience and/or understanding of the investment banking / capital markets space and or related areas in financial services
  • Broad marketing experience including across digital marketing, content and traditional marketing
  • Experience managing small teams
