We are looking for an innovative, passionate and skilled individual who is happy to join a team being built from the ground up and help influence Marketing, Communicationand Sales strategies that will create the foundation of our business for years to come. A fantastic people manager, with excellent and personable communication skills - you will be willing to rise to the challenge of building a department from scratch whilstworking collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Due to an unexpected change in circumstances, we are now re-recruiting for this position. With plans already in progress, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the headsof department already in place - and who will bring a fresh perspective to our progress. If you feel like your skills are transferable then we want to hear from you - as long as you have a real love for liveentertainment!About Swansea ArenaSwansea Arena will sit as the crowning jewel within the £135m regeneration scheme Copr Bay, located next to the famous Swansea Marina, beachfront and a brand-new 1.1 acre coastal park. Over £1 billion is being invested acrossthe City, allowing Swansea to realise its potential to be one of the most vibrant places to live, work, visit and study in the UK.Music and comedy will be at the heart of Swansea Arenas programme, alongside e-gaming, sports, conferences and events withinits multi-purpose divisible auditorium. This newly constructed flexible venue will have a capacity of 3,500, able to seat 2,200, host 150 guests in the VIP lounge and serve food and beverage at 9 outlets throughout the venue. 2,000m of exhibition space willsee the venue regularly host up to 2,500 visitors at conferences and events.
