Prospectus is excited to be partnering with one of the finest London Orchestras seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to oversee the orchestras marketing and communications activity.Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Head of Marketingwill play a crucial role in strengthening our clients brand, growing their audience and developing an innovative ongoing marketing strategy for the orchestra. The post holder will create and implement an overall data-driven marketing strategy using the fullmarketing mix. This role involves the line management of the marketing team members with a collaborative approach, brand management, input into the ongoing artistic strategy of the orchestra, and the management of multi-channel advertising campaigns. The Headof Marketing will write compelling marketing copy for printed and digital assets and communications as well as overseeing production and design of brochures, flyers, posters, concert programmes and other marketing assets. The successful candidate will workwith external PR to coordinate press and media coverage and will build and nurture key strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders including venues, agents, media and music partners.The successful applicant will need to have up-to-date knowledge ofbest practice in modern marketing and be a confident, creative self-starter who is deadline driven and familiar with managing high-level projects to completion. We are looking for someone with strong content and audience strategy experience along with a trackrecord of creating, delivering and evaluating integrated and joined-up marketing plans that deliver on revenue and audience targets. You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, including editorial and copywriting ability plus a good eyefor detail and an enthusiasm for producing engaging marketing assets.
