Job Description

Head of Marketing, LondonOur client is a market-leading distributor to the aesthetics sector. They specialize in providing top-of-the-line products and services to medical professionals and clinics, helping them deliver exceptional results to their clients. Their commitment toinnovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has established them as a trusted partner in the aesthetics industry.They are now are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team and drive the growth of their brand in the aesthetics sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty or aesthetics industry,a proven track record of marketing excellence, and a passion for creating innovative marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch new products
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the development of digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the aesthetics, beauty or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Tendency to remain in a hands-on capacity whilst maintaining oversight across all disciplines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
