Head of lettings £100,000 plus up to 50% in bonus and executive benefits London My client a subsidiary of a FTSE 100 is looking for a Head of Lettings to work on their PRS platform focused on single family housing. This is an exciting opportunity to build and expand the Lettings function and turn it into a successful and scalable enterprise.The role is responsible for the end to end running of all lettings activities across the business, including implementing new systems and processes to meet the business strategy. As the company continues to grow and scale, you take overall responsibility fordeveloping a lettings strategy to market and position the portfolio.Key duties include: Setting up management processes for all letting activities across the business Monitoring of the portfolios financial performance to maximise income Overseeing the digital and physical marketing of the properties Reporting to the Board and ensuring data analysis and reporting around the lettings activities is accurate and timely Working with the Delivery and Defects team to manage the onboarding of new homes Leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance of the lettings and marketing teams Achieving the business outcomes in terms of customer satisfaction, community development and tenancy management to ensure positive brand growth Building and maintaining positive relationships with external lettings channels and supply chain Providing positive team leadership in a team that is geographically dispersed Reviewing and overseeing the administration of new tenancy agreements or tenancy extensions/renewalsThe ideal candidate will:Have at least 5 years experience in property lettings and/or property management.
