Our growing North London based multi disciplinary professional services client is seeking to add to their legal team an entrepreneurial Head of Legal on a permanent basis to manage a small team for both in house and practice a salary of up to £70,000 on offer plus significant profit share.What does the role entailYour role as Head of Legal will be to manage, develop and build upon a small close knit team covering all legal requirements across the group of companies, as well as managing the legal practice aspect too. The team currently comprises of a Business Development Solicitor, a Commercial and Corporate Solicitor as well as a newly qualified Solicitor, with a Paralegal due to join shortly too. You will take full ownership of the day to day running of the practise, improving and introducing policies and process, as well as the overall service delivery too to both new and existing clients.What skills will you haveTo be considered for this Head of Legal role, you will be SRA qualified and ideally have experience managing a small team that will have worked within SME business supporting on Commercial and Corporate legal requirements end to end.
