Required for September 2021 or January 2022Wimbledon High School is seeking an inspirational and committed music specialist to join our fast-paced and vibrant Junior School.The Head of Music & Performance will inspire all our pupils in the pursuit of both the classical and choral traditions, as well as contemporary music and music technology. They will champion music as an integral part of the Junior School experience at Wimbledon High School and take responsibility for leading a varied and ambitious schedule of performances and showcases throughout the school year, as well as driving forward a stimulating and broad co-curricular music programme.Music is at the heart of Wimbledon High, providing opportunities for all our pupils to explore their creativity and imagination in a variety of different ways. With over 25 ensembles rehearsing weekly, musical performances can be heard throughout the school each day of the week.
