Job Description

The opportunity to work for a multi award-winning scale-up fintech with rapid growth plans due to recent investment. The IT Support Manager will be involved in multiple duties and will be required to support users with all IT related software and hardware queries and issues.Client DetailsA multi award-winning, world leading global BaaS open banking platform based in London.Description

  • Proven track record leading an IT function
  • 1st/2nd Line IT help-desk support of users with all IT related software and hardware queries and issues
  • Solid experience of staff and project management in delivering IT projects
  • Extensive experience in commercial supplier management and negotiation
  • Triage and escalation of issues where appropriate to team members or suppliers
  • Record and update support tickets within the Service desk system (ManageEngine)
  • Setup and configuration of IT hardware (Primarily macOS with some Windows10/Azure)
  • Maintenance of user access to software, services and systems, adding, removing and updating
  • permissions as needed
  • The post holder will manage system migrations and lead continued transformation within the business by re-defining the way we use data, aligning all data functions, (science, analytics, governance) and set out a long-term strategy and road map

  • Proven experience of working for a scale-up organisation, preferably Fintech
  • Able to work under pressure
