Job Description

The VacancyOVERALL SUMMARYReporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy, the Head of Investment Administrations primary function is to own the relationship between the Bespoke Investment Management administrative support and the business control functions to ensure best practiceis not only defined but delivered without exception. Additionally, this role will lead all client service related administration engagement for the Head of HNW and Director of Commercial Strategy with senior CBAM management and support functions to deliver all aspects of regulatory compliance, service relatedproject initiatives and procedural delivery. RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & Management

  • Lead all Bespoke IM administration improvement initiatives, acting as the voice to CBAM stakeholders from the front office.
  • Manage the delivery of best practice to all Bespoke IM administrators, ensuring central procedures are adhered too.
  • Support the production and own the delivery of management information to the Bespoke IM administrators to ensure performance measurement against procedures are tracked and any lessons learnt are implemented
Service Levels & Positive Client Outcomes
  • Deliver levels of service expected by High Net Worth clients including reporting and the regular assessment of any change in client circumstances & suitability factors
  • Continue to provide excellent client service to ensure zero incidents and complaints
Strategic Planning
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new Investment Managers coordinating efforts with other departments within the business to ensure the smoothest and most comprehensive induction program is delivered
  • Where planning for growth support the Director of Commercial Strategy to ensure each bespoke IM region has a defined strategic plan to provide the required levels of administrational support for efficient client management and service.
  • Lead Bespoke IM administration engagement with the wider CBAM business teams such as Change, IT and Operations where required to participate in improvement initiatives, and provide constructive feedback to drive future initiative & propositional directionwhere required
  • Engage L&D to identify training needs in order to retain high calibre engaged employees within role specific budget
People
  • Play a lead role in developing and embedding behaviours across the administrational support teams that live up to CBAMs Business Principles, continuing to ensure a one team, one culture ethos across Bespoke, importantly as teams grow in size and new talentis on-boarded and developed
  • Coach, mentor and develop experienced team members including within the bespoke IM teams, and help support junior talent, ensuring they remain motivated and engaged in their career development, and understand their career path and opportunities
  • Create and embed an open, inclusive and collaborative working environment
  • Actively participate in CBAMs diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • all people management matters, including performance, conduct and capability
  • Responsibility of ensuring all recruitment is carried out in line with CBAM processes, in particular on diversity and inclusion
Regulatory Responsibilities (Compliance/T&C)
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
  • Gather relevant AML documentation from new clients and complete detailed source of wealth, client risk rating and enhance due diligence where applicable in accordance with CBAM Due Diligence Standards and AML QA Procedures
  • Complete client due diligence reviews and triggers in accordance with AML QA Procedures
  • Comply with the PA dealing policy

  • Excellent record keeping and reporting capabilities
  • Strong IT and MS Office skills: Word (intermediate level), Excel (intermediate level - basic formulas), PowerPoint (intermediate level), Outlook (advanced level)
