Job Description

Input into the strategy and planning of marketing programs from a product marketing perspective to hit agreed KPIs. Develop, lead and manage a team to deliver engaging communications related to Product Marketing strategies. Align product with investmentpositioning in order to develop an effective and appropriate product selling system. Work closely with sales and marketing leadership teams to set and review the product focus - ensuring we take advantage of immediate sales opportunities with longer term productstrategy. Use competitor insights to analyse and measure the effectiveness of selling systems - optimising material to drive deeper engagement. Directing the discipline centres within the marketing team in the development and delivery of product sales andcampaign initiatives. Become the expert in creating an effective selling system - resource to team on how best to become experts. Work in conjunction with ISG in EMEA to present product positioning and marketing internally to the boutiques Fund Managers,Analysts and Specialists as required. Work hand in hand with the ISG team to effectively execute best of breed product selling systems - including the development of externally and internally facing selling tools and the training of the EMEA sales team. Takethe lead on key stakeholder relationships within the business such as sales, product specialists, fund managers and relationship managers - to ensure we raise awareness of the selling systems in boutiques and BNYM sales alike. Responsible for communicatingnew product initiatives and developments to all relevant internal departments. Represent Product Marketing on key committees and project teams as required. Qualifications Knowledge of BNYM products (MIF AND MGF) is essential. In depth knowledge of regionalcompliance and product marketing processes is key. Language skills and advantage but not mandatory.
