We offer a vibrant, progressive environment where you will make a difference.About thisjobWere looking for an exceptional person to lead our Individual Giving and Legacies programme, responsible for raising over half of the Societys income. Managing a team of three direct reports, and six in total, this role will be accountable for meetingagreed income, expenditure and activity targets.As part of our leadership team, youll work with colleagues across the MS Society to deliver our new Income Generation Strategy and keep Individual Giving at the forefront of our priorities. Working closely withour Digital team youll ensure that Individual Giving at the MS Society evolves and that Legacy income is maximised.Youll currently be in a Head of role, or an experienced Manager and will understand the complexities of Individual Giving programmes and legacymarketing.Youll have a track record of achieving substantial income targets and managing complex budgets, success in leading a team to deliver a multi-million pound, multi-channel programme while growing income across new channels, and experience of workingcross-organisationally to achieve goals.Please note this is a maternity cover for up to 12 months.We offer 35 days annual leave (pro rata for part time employees) including bank holidays, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmentalopportunities.The MS Society is in the midst of an exciting, transformational, period which builds on our great history and will drive us towards achieving our mission and vision as we embark on our Every MS Story strategy.Closing date: 9am on Monday 25 October2021Interested In order to apply for this role, please submit an updated CV and supporting statement indicating how you meet the criteria as set out in the person specification in the job description attached in supporting documents.Were a Disability ConfidentEmployer.
