Job Description

Summary of RoleWillis Towers Watson (WTW) Information & Cyber Security (ICS) requires a Head of Identity & Access Management to define, develop, implement and operate how the organization provisions and manages identity and access to our communications systems.As a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert in IAM you will be responsible for the implementation of the strategic solution and continual management across WTW.You will be reporting to Strategy, Governance, Risk and Compliance Director working closely to the Information and Cyber Security leadership team to ensure alignment with the security strategy. The normal working base location will be London, with trips to other locations.The RoleThis role will oversee, deliver and support IAM implementation and will therefore include activities such as:

  • Deliver a service and control roadmap for all IAM services, including the services strategy, design, transition, operations, continuous improvement and control lifecycle requirements
  • Drive an IAM controls strategy ensuring all related risks are effectively managed while establishing new services and controls when required by the Group
  • Department lead for the Access Control Governance and Privileged Access Management Operational teams.
  • Building relationships with key business stakeholders, IAM Programme team, operational teams, and services providers
  • Accountability for the overall IAM service and responsible for procuring investments required to maintain and uplift the IAM services
    • The Requirements
  • Senior experience managing a large IAM team for a global institution
  • Sound track record in access management processes and transforming operations teams through continuous improvements
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experienced in identity management.
  • Proven track record of hands-on design and implementation using SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock and similar products.
  • Preferably holding one of the following qualifications: CISSP, CISM, (although not essential)
  • Sound experience IAM implementation
  • Global team player with good interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Conflict Management Resolution (Options Analysis)
