Take the strategic lead for developing and maintaining all current HR systems in liaison with key stakeholders in Payroll, Pensions and Finance Systems;Take the initiative to review opportunities to continually improve HR processes and systems, working with HR teams to remove bureaucracy where possible;Train and develop the HR team to become experts in HR systems; Work with HR teams and colleagues to respond to system queries etc;Lead on the bicameral HR Payroll Systems Project to plan and implement new systemThe HR Office currently uses ResourceLink (Zellis) as an integrated HR/PayroII system.Employees use a self-service module (called MyHR) to record leave, update personal details and complete their Personal Development Reviews.There is a separate Applicant Tracking System (Oleeo) and Learning Management System (Act).
