We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialistson a permanent and interim basis.We are currently recruiting for a Head of HR Operations on behalf of a new client in Financial Services in London, with c400 employees globally. The firm is widely regarded as one of the leading firms in its sector.Reporting to the HRD and part of a small, specialist HR team, the key objective of this role is to lead on and manage HR operations, including a review of existing HR policies, HR processes and HR Systems across the firm (a) to ensure operational efficiencyand effectiveness and (b) to support the continued growth of the firm.The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in HR Operations, ideally gained in a regulated Financial or Professional Services setting, with a "roll your sleeves up", commercial and pragmatic approach to getting things done, working to the higheststandards.
