We are currently partnered with a renowned Education client in South London who are seeking a talented and well rounded Head of People Operations. This will be a permanent role with a salary of between £50,000 - £58,000 depending on experience.What will you be doingAs Head of HR Operations you will work closely with both the People and Finance team, reporting in to the CPO, working within a People team of 6. You role will be to ensure a smooth operational People process to all schools within the group, providing operationalHR leadership throughout the employee lifecycle, whilst leading, coaching and developing a HR Advisor and 2 HR Assistants. You will over see all aspects of HR from advising and supporting Leadership, Managers and staff alike on a range of policies or issues,reviewing, adapting or implementing polices, processes and procedures, as well as managing through any ER, Organisational Change, Redeployment and redundancies, through to Talent attraction, compliance and onboarding, right through to exit processes and allother aspects of the employee journey. There will be a range of other duties and ad hoc projects that will form this exciting People role.What skills will you haveTo be considered for this Head of HR Operations job you will firstly be a highly capable and Generalist HR leader who can manage and develop others. CIPD Level 5 is required as a minimum or other equivalent qualifications and an Education sector backgroundis preferred but not essential.
