Job Description

OverviewCity Recruitment Group Executive division are recruiting for a Head of Fundraising, Marketing & Partnerships for one of UK’s largest charities in the London area. They are an international not for profit organisation with offices in many other countries focusing on various development programmes around the world.Your New RoleThe Head of Fundraising, Marketing & Partnerships is a key role that makes up the Senior leadership Team with a responsibility of developing their fundraising and marketing communication strategy across the organisation. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to help further shape and enhance what they have already achieved.The successful candidate will need to have demonstrable experience of creating and delivering plans for income generation in commercial activities, including fundraising, partnerships, in both corporate and individual donations. We require a dynamic strategic leader who will build on their existing success in increasing sales, growing revenue across all of their income streams and identifying new opportunities for growth.The successful Director of Income Generation, Marketing & Partnerships will lead and mentor a team of fundraisers to achieve ambitious revenue, ideally exceeding targets year on year whilst delivering exceptional experiences for the organisation’s supporters.Reporting into the CEO, the successful candidate must have experience od defining and developing commercial strategies to generate income and accelerate growth. A strong financial and or strategic development background is advantageous as you will be monitoring and forecasting the commercial budget as well as developing and negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships. With excellent communication skills you will be confident in building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally with an ability to react positively to change and think outside of the boxTo be considered for the role·Educated to degree standard or equivalent.·Extensive experience of working at a senior level in an INGO/Charity sector·Experience of developing a fundraising and marketing strategy to maximise income growth·Experience across diverse fields of fundraising including individual, major and corporate funding and understanding of key fundraising markets.·Strategic, innovative and results driven professional with a track record of success.·Confident and inspiring communicator with strong portfolio of contacts.·Ability to contribute to overall leadership and development of Organisation and bring MA’s fundraising, marketing communication and programme work closer together.What our client can offer youThe client offers a 35-hour week, generous holiday allowance of 37 days (including bank holidays), flexible working and encourage a healthy work-life balance.Please apply now’ to avoid missing out on this opportunity or contact Sehar at City Recruitment Group for more information Required skills
