Prospectus is excited to be supporting FareShare with the search for a new Head of Fundraising. This is a full-time position with flexible working patterns considered. You can be based from home (UK) and/or the office in Deptford, London.FareShare is theUKs national food redistribution charity with local reach and delivery across the country. FareShare diverts fresh surplus food that would have otherwise gone to waste and provides it to front line charitable organisations which support those who are vulnerablein the UK. By providing both food and wraparound services, these local charities help tackle the cause and not just the symptoms of food poverty. Core to this role is generating the necessary income to fund FareShares work.As the Head of Fundraising, youwill be responsible for leading a large team with four direct reports across Corporate Partnerships, Trusts and Grants, Individual Giving and Gifts & Data. You will empower and guide the team to grow Individual Giving, large-scale Corporate Partnerships, BrandPromotions and a broader geographical source of Trusts and Foundations.To be successful, you will have experience of working with a national charity and managing multi-million-pound budgets. You will have led a fundraising department across a variety of incomestreams and will be interested in playing an active role as part of a dynamic Senior Management Team.We welcome candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds.
