The group also includes delivery brands Motu Indian Kitchen and Rice Error, and retail outfits Ambassador General Store, Hoppers Cash & Kari, Berenjak Bazaar, BAO Convni, Bubbleshop by Sandia Chang, and Flor Bakery.JKS Restaurants offers a unique chance to either pursue a career in fine dining or develop within casual trend focused cuisine, with opportunities across all disciplines for those looking to progress their careers within a people focused, collaborative hospitalitygroup.The PositionAs Head of Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A), you will be responsible for performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports major corporate decisions of our Finance Director.The role will include:* Ownership of the full FP&A function, including the development of the FP&A team and their outputs (FP&A Analyst and Finance Analyst)* Ownership/oversight of the 5-year financial model* Ownership/oversight of weekly KPI reports* Ownership/oversight of the budget and reforecast processes* Ownership/oversight of the FP&A software, Datarails* Run weekly KPI review sessions with the operations team and senior leadership teams* Development of models and, where appropriate, improve existing ones* Key P&L KPI analysis including Sales/GP/Staff costs analysis* Support all parts of the business with ad hoc analysis* Support the commercial team with new site feasibility studies* Provide high-level analysis and insight to support and influence business strategy* Build strong relationships with senior site management to allow effective business partnering relationshipsAs FP&A Manager you will have the following skills and experience:* Advanced Excel experience* Comfortable with Pivot Tables, VlookUps, Index/Match, SumIfs, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation.* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.* Personable and able to work alongside restaurant managers and head chefs to produce budgets and re-forecasts and generally analyse.* A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).* Experience in Procure Wizard/Fourth People System would be advantageous.* Ideally experience within a multi-site operation in retail/hospitality industry but not essential* Experience in Power Query, Macros, Visual BasicBenefits & Culture Our team is the most important part of our business, translating our passion for genuine hospitality to our guests every day.
