Role Location: ANZ, London, United Kingdom Role Type: Permanent, Full Time As the Head of Financial Sponsors Europe, you will manage the Financial Sponsors segment, specifically focused on ANZs business with Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure and other alternative asset managers in the region. The Financial Sponsors teammanages relationships with Financial Sponsors, including capital call lending, markets hedging, guarantees and cash management and supports other teams developing asset level business with these clients. The Financial Sponsors business that has delivered significantrevenue growth in recent years and is a key part of the FIG growth agenda. Your role will require a deep understanding of funds finance structures including capital call lending, as well relationships with clients and other members of the funds finance ecosystem,to ensure the existing portfolio remains well managed and deliver continued strong growth. You will provide opportunities to both manage a team of RMs and manage client relationships directly for both existing and new Financial Sponsor clients. The team will work closely with multiple product partners who deliver solutions to meet this strategicclient sets bespoke banking requirements. Your role will also require close working partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of client solutions and ongoing management of a dedicated client portfolio. Your role provides an excellent opportunityto play a leading role in delivery of a key strategic initiative for the Institutional Bank. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

• Significant experience covering Financial Sponsors in a relationship banking or fund finance product role
• Strong understanding of funds finance structures and the Financial Sponsors client set and related ecosystem
• Demonstrated Credit skills
• Good understanding of financial markets, the financial services industry and core banking products (e.g. Markets, Transaction Banking)
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are preferred
• Strategic management and thought leadership skills
• A willingness to learn and demonstrate a growth mindset
