A key leadership role in Financial Crime Europe and America and UK MLRO Opportunity to participate in relevant internal and industry financial crime forums to represent the region. Reports directly to the Head of IIB Compliance, Europe About The Role Role Location: ANZ London, UK Role Type: Permanent, Full Time As the Head of Financial Crime Europe and America and UK MLRO, your role is to assist the Institutional Divisional Head of Financial Crime (HOFC)/MLRO to manage and satisfy relevant Financial Crime obligations and achieve compliance with requirements of Group-wide and Division-specific financial crime compliance policies and process, with particular focus on the E&A region. You will combat financial crime against ANZ and our customers by providing advice, review and challenge for the UKs Financial Crime environment and assist the E&A MLROs with the same. Financial Crime in this context includes AML/CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and Fraud. Your role is also delegated financial crime responsibilities as UK MLRO from the SMF17. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following - Proven experience in a Senior Financial Crime role Good Background and experience in AML/CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and Fraud Strong degree of know-how and ability to drive strategic initiatives Strong interpersonal and influencing and negotiation skills at an executive level Excellent problem solving skills and good decision making ability Demonstrates Project, time management and planning skills About ANZ ANZ is a great place to grow.
