Head of Finance - Rapid Growth Sports Tech - LondonHarmonic are proud to be working with one of the UKs fastest growing Sports-Tech businesses who have raised a seven digit investment over very short period. The business has ambitious plans for continued month-on-month growth and as a result are looking to onboard their first finance hire.Reporting to the company founders this position will be instrumental to the growth of the business which over the next few years is expected to increase by almost 10 times. The business is currently disrupting the Sports-Tech space and is oncourse to be a market leader after just having signed off a contract to be stocked in a PLC sized UK retailer just in time for the festive holidays.Our client has already got exposure through various international publications and after conquering the UK market will be looking at fast oversees expansion mainly to the US and European market.Working between their architect-designed office space and remote working, you will have full ownership of the finance function so this would suit a hands on and self-motived Head of Finance who would be in their element building up systems and processes.The RoleThe Head of Finance position is the number 1 in finance with a clear path to becoming a Finance Director within a short timeframe. The successful candidate will split their time between building up the finance function as well as working at board level on strategy, FP&A, working capital, commercial negotiations, and reviews. It is therefore very important to have a keen eye for all-round detail not just solely the figures.
