Job Description

A high growth, acquisitive SaaS business is looking to hire a commercially focused Head of Finance to work with the M&A team to execute new deals and successfully intergrate them into the business.Collaborating closely with the Director of Finance, M&A team, FP&A team and the groups Netsuite team as well as senior management this will be a highly visible role in finance. M&A is a key strategic growth lever for the business and they have a strongtrack record having completed 10 acquisitions in the last 3 years. Onboarding new businesses onto they finance platform efficiently is paramount to driving business performance and value creation post-deal and this role will play an important part in thatprocess.Based in their central London office 2 days a week with the other 3 being able to work remotely or from wherever you like. They have a diverse, fantastic and fat paced culture that will suit someone really looking to take their career to the next level.Main Responsibilities of the Head of Finance

  • Work closely with the M&A team on Finance due diligence and other Finance related activities to support acquisition of target companies
  • Work with acquired organisations finance team to document and align to groups processes and procedures
  • Understand acquired organisations accounts to provide analysis and insight to the senior finance team
  • Implement groups chart of accounts and reporting methodologies
  • Document accounting policies and align to the groups
  • Work closely with the Netsuite team to migrate the acquired entities accounts onto the groups global accounting instance
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified accountant ideally with at least 5 years PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or overseas equivalent)
  • Experience in Business Analysis or Project Implementation
  • Experience documenting and implementing accounting processes and policies
  • Strong planning skills, well organised and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable analytical skills along with the ability to create and present project plans and detailed reports
  • Experience in a global environment
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
