This role is part of the ongoing TA transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping how the new organization manages and influences resoucing strategy for the Executive segment globally to harmonise executive search capabilityand delivery. The role is a combination of: senior business and functional stakeholder management; direct delivery of executive search processes; leadership through change, building new teams and ongoing management and development of those teams and individuals. Executive hires are defined as Managing Director and critical leadership Director-level hiring Leading a team of search partners and talent intelligence analysts, this position is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of talent acquisition for executive level roles across Banking and Services globally. Build and lead an Executive Search & Intelligence team to drive and execute the very best practices and advisory capability across the business line. Implement effective external search solutions, supporting the businesses to obtain the best, and most diverse,talent available in the market place. Build in-house capability to deliver executive search, market mapping, market intelligence/insights and assessment expertise. Support in the management 3rd party executive search relationships where appropriate whilstreducing their usage and demonstrating value through cost avoidance. Support the Global Head of Executive Search and Intelligence in developing the function; including hiring and developing subject-matter expertise into the team across multipe locations. Work in partnership with the wider TA teams to support Group TA and HRstrategy in order to support business objectives.its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, andescalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
