You will be responsible for ensuring that management of compliance and malpractice iscutting edge, reflecting the latest exam and malpractice technology, and making full use of data to identify and mitigate malpractice risks.Exam security is key to PeopleCerts and LanguageCerts continuing success, and this post is central to protecting the validity and recognition of our exams - particularly high-stakes online-proctored exams - by providing a rigorous quality assurance approach.Through the development of industry-leading protocols for the identification and management of malpractice risks, this post ensures that the PeopleCert Group is equipped to fulfil its responsibilities and obligations to candidates, regulators and other stakeholdersregarding the security of our exams.As Head of Exam Compliance, your tasks will include the following:

• Ownership of malpractice risks in accordance with the group risk management framework
• Continuous improvement of processes and procedures for the management of exam compliance and malpractice risks.
• Design and analysis of exam compliance data to identify trends in malpractice activity and risks.
• The production of management reports on exam compliance and malpractice activity, to provide senior leadership with a clear understanding of risks and recommendations for mitigation.
• Ensuring that the suite of compliance and malpractice processes is kept continuously up to date.
• Help to develop organizational understanding of malpractice and expertise in its prevention and detection.
• Collaborating across the PeopleCert Group to ensure utilization of a wide range of activities related to exam compliance.
• Leadership of the Exam Compliance team, including Line Management of the Senior Associate, including ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring that LanguageCert exam compliance and malpractice processes are conducted in line with regulatory requirements.

What we look for:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, masters degree, or MBA is a plus
• A substantial proven track record of work on exam compliance, particularly for online proctored exams
• A substantial proven track record of designing and using data to identify trends and risks in exam compliance
• Knowledge of high-stakes exams in English Language is an advantage
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid management skills and the ability to lead others in line with corporate and ethical standards even under pressure
• Exemplary multitasking and organizational skills under tight deadlines in a fast-paced complex environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to create trust and maintain strict confidentiality
