Our focus is on using evidence from research, practice and lived experience to provide resources that improve policy and services, in order to achieve positive outcomes for people of all ages.Join us to lead our work on evaluation and primaryresearch, heading up a core team working to produce high quality, mixed methods evaluative projects. Your work will complement and enhance the wider Research in Practice project to build evidence informed working with children, young people, families and adults.See case-studies-research-and-evaluation for case study examples.You will bring expertise in the use of social research and evaluation methods for small-scale, multi-method and larger, more complex work. experience of applied qualitative and quantitative approaches,with expertise in the use of administrative data an advantage. a commitment to leading and developing a high performing team to produce high quality and practically useful research.We work with clients across England and Wales from our main office in Dartington,Devon and a satellite office in Sheffield.
