Job Description

Our client is an award-winning company in the travel and tourism sector offering a great opportunity for a creative individual to take on a Head of E-commerce and Marketing role.The position entails working across a variety of marketing channels and delivering strategies which will aid in building a lasting digital connection. This an opportunity to join a growing company where your creativity and input will be valued with a companythat prides themselves on their commitment to quality, service and value.Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing both long-term and short-term marketing strategies
  • Planning and implementing various promotional and marketing material
  • Leading marketing and web development teams
  • Building roadmaps
  • Analysing web traffic as well as incoming calls
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing and e-commerce
  • Ideally from a travel and tourism, hospital or retail background (or similar)
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Deadline and target driven
  • Excellent search engine understanding especially in terms of Google and Bing
  • Experience with user testing both qualitative and quantitative
