Head of Digital EngagementOur client is looking for an experienced and highly ambitious person to lead the digital engagement team and drive digital transformation at one of the most well-known and successful charities in the UK. Do you fit the billThisis a high-profile role, responsible for leading the digital engagement strategy and implementation across our clients charity. With the advent of new organisational strategies at both the hospital and charity, this is an exciting time to join the team.Youwill be an experienced digital professional, with proven skills and expertise across the digital marketing mix including search, social, email, web, PPC, digital content (particularly film and photography) and digital insight and reporting. This experienceshould include strategy development, building campaigns from scratch, and launching new channels and digital innovations.You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of digital professionals and line managing five direct reports specialising inDigital Content, Digital Performance, Social Media, Website and UX. Together, you will continue a programme of digital transformation at the charity.Theyre looking for somebody with: Substantial experience gained in senior digital communications/engagementroles (client-side or agency-side) A proven track record of delivering results and business impact across digital channels Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills A can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial approach to work A passion for all thingsdigital, with the energy and drive to continue their work as one of the leading organisations in the sector.About the CharityEvery day brings new challenges.
