By doing so, we build more than homes - we build communities.What were looking for: Do you have a comprehensive understanding of the full development cycle, in particular acquiring land and buildingpartnerships Are you a strategic thinker who is hands-on and able to see the bigger picture Do you have substantial experience in a similar role in property development and residential led mixed use programmesIf so, this is the perfect role for you!Do youhave what it takes To succeed in your role as a Head of Development - Land & Partnerships you will: Be responsible for leading and delivering the programme and financial performance of your schemes in RIBA work stages 0-2. Ensure there is an efficient andthorough handover of all projects when transferring to other work stage leads, in particular with Preconstruction. Build, manage and maintain relationships with land agents, local authorities, housebuilders, developers, contractors and other stakeholders tobuild pipeline of opportunities to meet requirements of the Development Strategy. Assess and sift bids in line with the Development Strategy and Financial Plan, and carry out viability testing and the optimisation of key development opportunities. Manage Strategicland and/or regeneration bids (financial, legal, programme/phasing, design and master planning until delivery).The UK has a housing problem which affects every one of us, because housing is the foundation of the society we live in.
