A fantastic opportunity for a Delegated Authorities professional, with team management experience to join a world leading specialty insurer in this newly created Head of Delegated Authorities position.You will be managing three direct reports and five indirect reports, responsible for training, mentoring and developing; both personally and professionally. Managing a high performing and ambitious team your leadership experience will be highly valuable.As the Head of the team it will be key you are up to speed on regulatory changes coming up within delegated authority, continually assessingthe impact to the business and making stakeholders aware.The binder book is made up of both Company market and Lloyds business, so experience in either market will be considered for this position. There will be a high level of stakeholder engagement and management at all levels, so it will be essential you have strong communication skills, with a proactive and solutions driven approach.
