Job Description

HEAD OF DECISIONINGLONDON£85,000-£115,000 +BONUS +BENEFITSTHE COMPANYThis is an exciting new opportunity to lead and build out a PEGA team at a leading gambling business in London!THE ROLEAs a Head of, you will be leading a team and working on the strategy of this implementation with senior stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the team, they will be PEGA decisioning architects
  • Act as a subject matter expert in this space whilst growing out the team
  • Provide business and technical leadership in end-to-end project delivery utilizing the latest features and tools available
  • Work in agile sprints managing the framework structure
  • Complete customer journey mapping and optimization to drive an effective and engaging customer experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful Head of Decisioning will have:
  • Expertise working in a Pega environment
  • Ability to lead teams - you do not need to have managed a team previously
  • Educated to a degree level or above in a quantitative field.
  • Good communicator with proven experience conversing with internal and external stakeholders.
