As they continueto expand and evolve, we are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our cyber security efforts and safeguard our digital ecosystem. Job Summary: Head of Cyber Security, (CISO) They are looking for a dynamic andvisionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join their team. The CISO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprises security strategy, policies, programs, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availabilityof information assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cyber security, risk management, and leadership, with a proven track record of protecting organizations from cyber threats Key Responsibilities of Head of Cyber Security StrategicLeadership Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber security strategy aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure cyber security is integrated into the companys overall strategy. Cyber security Governance: Establishand enforce cyber security policies, procedures, and standards Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks. Implement effective risk management processes and controls.Security Operations Lead incident response and manage security incidents to minimize impact. Oversee the security operations centre (SOC) and security technologies. Security Awareness and Training: Promote a culture of security awareness and education acrossthe organization. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees. Vendor and Third–Party Risk Management: Evaluate and manage cyber security risks associated with third–party vendors and partners. Security Technology Management: Evaluate, select,and implement cyber security technologies and tools. Stay current with emerging cyber security trends and threats. Budget Management: Develop and manage the cyber security budget effectively. Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high–performing cybersecurity team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field Computer Science, STEM Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. Proven experience as a CISO or in a senior cybersecurity leadership role. Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies. Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem–solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast–paced and constantly evolving environment. Experience in Cyber Security, CISO, Head of Security is a plus
