Our Client Our client is a well-invested, fast-growing InsurTech start-up based in central London (remote working available right now). Our client uses their cutting-edge platform to analyse and price commercial fleet insurance for vehicles of the future including: electronic cars, connected vehicles, drones, UAV’s, e-scooters, and bikes. They’re just about to announce their Series A and are looking for someone to build their Customer Success function as the Head of Customer Success.What you’ll GetAs the Head of Customer Success you will report to the CRO and have the opportunity to build out an extremely fast growing Customer Success function from the ground up. The overall package is up to £120k comprising of salary and bonus, plus a generous equity package.What You’ll DoThe Head of Customer Success will report directly into the CRO and be responsible for building and scaling the Customer Success team. This is a full on role where you will work with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure your team is delivering excellence and meeting clients ever changing requirements.What You’ll needYou will either have held a senior Customer Success position or already led a Customer Success function in a SaaS start-up. Ideally you will come from the Insurance sector or from another industry which is heavily regulated, having start-up experience is essential as this is a hyper growth business with global domination the goal.
