Job Description

Head of Customer DecisioningLONDON£85,000- £115,000 + 15% BonusTHE COMPANY:I am looking for a Head of Customer Decisioning. If you have pega experience and want to be part of a first industry usage of a pega module then this is the role and a great opportunity to pave the way for multiple interesting usages of pega.THE ROLE: As a Head of Customer Decisioning, you will have vast experience using pega and understand the foundations and requirements for a successful pega team to build an in-house team to explore its uses within a fast-paced industry.

  • Looking at how the business can better engage with customers over a long-term basis.
  • Be able to identify and make crucial hires for an in-house pega team (hire people as soon as you start the job)
  • Develop the in-house pega team and identify areas where the real-time decisioning would be of best use.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The successful Head of Customer Decisioning will have the following skills and experience:
  • PEGA experience.
  • Be able to lead teams.
  • Mentoring experience.
  • Worked within telecoms or other industries that have fast-paced up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
