Job Description

With the iGaming industry experiencing a significant level of growth, a pioneering Online Gambling firm are searching for a senior professional to head the London based CRM team. Looking to further their stance in the industry and continually exceed consumer expectations, my client is looking for an ambitious strategist, driven by new successes and revenue targets.The Company:Rivalling market leaders with their impressive growth figures, and recognition of their employees as critical to their renewing growth strategy, the firm is highly passionate about the people they onboard and the ambitious targets they set; eager to grow market presence internationally.Head of CRM and Loyalty:You’ll be proactive in an environment that is fast paced and highly collaborative in nature, continually liaising with other marketing leads to ensure campaign synergy and continuous improvement of customer journeys. The role will entail a good level of focus around enhancing customer loyalty and require someone that is successfully forward thinking.Head of CRM – Essential Experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience within the CRM field across the iGaming/Online Casino industry
  • Advanced understanding of several CRM tools, and how to optimise loyalty through these technologies
  • A strong history of excellent campaign implementation, with a growth focus
  • An aptitude to act strategically and derive motivation from a revenue-driven industry, passionate about delivering outstanding results.
