Job Description

Head of Credit Risk StrategyLondonUp to £140,000 + Competitive BenefitsThis role is for a Senior level candidate with extensive experience leading teams and developing Credit Risk and or Commercial strategies in the Credit Cards and Loans space. You will oversee 3 teams and multiple portfolios, driving Credit Risk, CustomerProfitability and Account Strategies through data and analytics, whilst also forming part of the senior leadership team within the business.THE COMPANY:An established and fast-growing challenger FS with a stand-out Credit Risk Analytics function.THE ROLE:

  • Oversee the design, development, implementation and optimisation of Credit Risk Customer Strategies across multiple (established and start-up) unsecured lending portfolios
  • Drive customer profitability through the development and optimisation of Customer Management Strategies
  • Oversee delivery of strategic initiatives including balance credit limit changes, balance transfers, balance growth, affordability, transactional analytics etc
  • Advise the company on all aspects of Credit Risk management and Analytics
  • Ensure robustness of standards, controls and practices in place to mitigate risk
