My client is a fast paced, Financial Services provider with an entrepreneurial culture. This is a key role within the business, we are looking for a Head of Credit and Structuring.We are working with a business that has a thriving collection of highly skilled finance professionals based in London, Manchester, Bristol and Cambridge in the UK, and Cape Town in South Africa. They are blazing a trail, providing bespoke lending solutions to high-growth, innovative and disruptive SMEs through growth loans, term loans and working capital facilities.This position presents a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and will go to an outstanding individual who can demonstrate the necessary skills and a voracious appetite to grow.The business has tripled the size of the origination and execution teams in just two months, to support the recent funding that has been raised for 2021. Until recently, the responsibility for underwriting was split evenly between the businesses partners and relationship directors, this is a really important role and we are looking for someone who will manage the credit profile across the group.You will bring with you years of experience, gained working in the unsecured lending space. You will have gained your exceptional knowledge of lending to the UK SME market through writing, reviewing and, more recently, judging credit papers, ideally across a range of products.
