Being free to be the best of who you are as you soar to professional greatness is the kind of business we commit to creating, as one.What you’ll doo Support leaders of the brand, growth marketing, content, partnerships and events business units across their full scope of needs with strategy, ideation and execution across a fast-moving, young business.o Work with agency partners to develop and translate brand, creative and partnership strategy into action.o Lead a design team (multi-skilled and digital specialists) and copywriter, guiding them meticulously as they bring ideas to life.o Create and hone workflows, adding just the right level of process with the right collaboration tools to help get work done efficiently and well.o Manage your and your team’s time autonomously to deadlines established in collaboration with your colleagues, understanding when to ebb and flow on projects as priorities shift.o Constantly provide freshness in approach that’s always true to the business’ brand, strategy and passionate purpose.o Be invested in the data and outcomes you and your team’s creative output generates and collaborate with teams to get those numbers where they need to be (and celebrate with them when they are).o Be a leading brand advocate in and outside the business across all cinch communication activity in whatever form it takes.Your experience, skills and styleo You have significant experience (five years+) in or recent progression into a similar role, working at or on fast- paced, digital-first, consumer-facing businesses or businesses that have undergone substantial digital change.o You could have grown into this role from beginnings as a designer or copywriter or as a leader of various marketing functions or a small in-house agency. We’re happy to consider a variety of pathways and experiences that got you where you are today.o Your days of designing (if they ever existed) may be behind you, but you’ll have a thorough, practical working knowledge of the time and effort it takes designers to collaborate on and execute ideas. You’ll be confident in crafting realistic deadlines to stakeholders and your team as the end product is shaped, reviewed and delivered.o You generate creative ideas and work with teams to shape them, being open to the contributions of others.o You’re ambitious without leaving others behind. You’re invested in us all winning together and you’ll rep for and mentor your team at every opportunity.o Your instinct is to trust first in the skill and experience of your colleagues, as they will in yours. You’re naturally curious about the world around you.What we need to seeo A portfolio of work for which you’ve been in the driving seat and led from soup to nuts. Seriously, when did people finish dinner with nuts Your portfolio proudly demonstrates your skill at meeting brand, strategy, purpose and project-specific goals in the work. You’ll have case studies about process and platform implementation that made everybody’s ways of working better and work from campaigns and their evolutions over time that demonstrate seamless cross-platform/channel execution.o What to include You know the drill - big concepts, blissful type treatments, paid social ads, eye-popping DOOH, lower-funnel dynamic ads, organic social, AV formats, email refreshes, internal comms project identities, copy you’ve helped shape, a story about that time you took two t-shirt samples outside into the sunlight to check which one was closer to the primary brand colour. So, a robust mix.o A CV that specifically demonstrates how you’re the candidate we’ve described, and dreamt about. Without errors. Obvs. You know that’s a deal-breaker.
