Job Description

Head of Conversion Rate Optimisation£80,000 - £85,000 + Bonus! Fully RemoteDigital Marketing ConsultancyA leading and growing Digital Marketing Consultancy is looking for a Head of CRO to own Conversion Rate Optimisation and Personalisation for the brand.Company

  • The brand offers full-service Digital Transformations for their clients, through website design and build, to offering services that cover Analytics and CRO projects.
  • The wider business has dedicated teams to UX and UI, Analytics, and Design, however, there is a vacancy for heading up the CRO function - working across the 2 biggest clients that the business has, this is a crucial role with lots of responsibility andgrowth potential.
Role
  • Heading up CRO for the Consultancy
  • A balance between line management, growing out client accounts, and getting stuck in with the projects when needed!
  • You would be leading a team of developers, designers, analysts, and project managers across end-to-end CRO projects
  • A key part of the role is also looking to grow out and develop existing accounts
  • Due to yourself being a subject matter expert in the CRO space when needs be, you will also get hands-on with the work yourself, however, the main focus of your position will be strategic.
Skills Needed
  • Agency Experience and Client Facing Experience ideally
  • Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Line Management Experience
Salary and Benefits
  • The successful consultant will earn up to £85,000
  • 30 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Bonus
  • 5 Working Day Week
  • Fully Remote
