You can find out more about Osome on our homepage and the sorts of people we are hiring over on our careers page.The Role:Were looking for an exceptional Head of Content to join our Marketing team in London, wholl supervise the content marketing team, get involved in coming up with new ideas and work with the more junior members of the team to create content that people loveand want to share.Youll be joining and leading a growing cross-functional team of content specialists, reporting to our Global Brand Marketing Director.As part of this role youll:

• Develop and execute an integrated content calendar which supports i) organic traffic ii) sales enablement, and iii) influencer marketing
• Create highly impactful content through leveraging Osomes community of users and SME influencers ambassadors
• Manage blog content in support of SEO objectives
• Plan thoughtful, leading and highly shareable long-form content
• Work with sales, customer success and marketing teams to produce the right content for the business
• Provide weekly engagement reporting

RequirementsYoull need to have:

• Extensive experience of leading content- you champion the written word and the value of brand-led content that converts
• Proven experience of leading a mid-large sized team of writers
• Youve led a cross-functional in-house Content team, responsible for brand, social, demand generation and product marketing content efforts
• Youve worked in an international Content environment
• Journalist or agency experience ideal, but not essential
